Thai Technical Support Executive


The Position:

Technical Support Executive - THAI Language Support
The Executive –Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs, Laptops and related products and services.
The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and Thai

The Requirements:

·       Degree in IT related disciplines

·       23 years old and above

·       Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai.

·       Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team

·       Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills

·       Well versed in PC hardware, software and Smartphones

The Package:-

·       Attractive Salary.(RM4000-7000)

·       Housing allowance RM 500

·       Work permit organized and paid by the company

·       Flight ticket

·       Performance related allowance on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.

·       15 days Annual leave

·       14 days Medical leave

·       Medical and hospitalization insurance coverage.
