Executive –Technical Support


The Position:

The Executive –Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs, Laptops and related products and services.


The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin (Depending on country).


Operational hours currently 9am to 6pm(country specific) Mondays to Fridays however, working towards 24/7 in future.


The Requirements for the Role:

  • Degree in IT related disciplines
  • 23 years old and above
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in PC hardware and software


The Package:

  •  Attractive Salary (RM3000-RM4000).
  • Performance related allowance on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.
  • Shift allowance where applicable.
