The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Analyze client business processes and requirements to design and implement EWM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP EWM system.
• Document project processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in SAP EWM project implementation, with a strong understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP EWM functionalities.
• At least one project experience of intelligent warehouse management which involved automation equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, mandarin is nice to have, for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project implementations.

• Attractive Salary (RM6,000 – RM8,000).
