Job Summary:
The Business Solution Proposal Writer is responsible for creating persuasive and compelling proposals for new business opportunities that effectively communicate the company's solutions and value proposition to potential clients or partners. This role involves researching client needs, developing a structured narrative, and presenting clear plans that include pricing, timelines, and aligned strategies with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in persuading stakeholders to engage in business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends.
- Analyse competitor offerings and market positioning to inform proposal development.
2. Solutions Proposal Development:
- Create well-structured solutions proposals that include:
- Executive Summary
- Problem Statement
- Proposed Solutions
- Team Expertise
- Implementation Timeline
- Commercial and Payment Structure
3. Writing:
- Craft clear, concise, and persuasive written content that effectively communicates the company's value proposition.
- Ensure all proposals are free from errors and adhere to company branding and formatting guidelines.
4. Persuasion:
- Present proposals in a compelling manner that highlights the benefits of collaborating with the company.
- Address potential objections and concerns proactively to alleviate client uncertainties.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with business development, solution development both infra and software, and other relevant teams to ensure a unified approach to proposal strategy and content.
- Gather insights from internal stakeholders to enrich proposal content and align with overall business goals.
6. Review and Revision:
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise proposals as necessary to enhance clarity and persuasiveness.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of proposal templates and resources to streamline future submissions.

The Package:
