The Responsibilities of the Role:-
- Accountable for the Customers’ on boarding journey (Project management, Provisioning, Training and support during trial and implementation phases) for IoT customers in Asia.
- Establish and maintain a good relation with your assigned set of customers, to drive the adoption of the IoT solution and stimulate growth of the business relation.
- Key technical interface for the Customer and our commercial organisation, for IoT services;
- Understand the customer needs ; propose and implement, with the customer, the agreed solution;
- Provide consultancy support to customers during his life-cycle regarding IoT features, portal and APIs ; and perform managed service duties when agreed,
- Provide trainings (online or onsite) to customers. Within the team, you generate and update educational documents, FAQs list for internal and external purposes;
- Gather customer feedback for possible evolution of our product portfolio and promote existing or new features to the customers based on changing needs and / or platform technology.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.
The Requirements for the Role:-
- l Degree/Masters in Telecommunications or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant and broad experience (5 years) in the international telecommunication business or in operating Mobile Networks;
- Technical expertise in mobile data (IPX, LTE, SMS and signalling along with PCRF and Data Roaming Control), experience with end user device interworking and SIM cards manufacturing is an asset;
- Basic programming skills and understanding of APIs;
- Ability to deal with complex problem and recommend solutions;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Ready to travel for short trips;
- Develop and maintain long term and trusty relationship with your customers and your colleagues (Commercial, Engineering, Fulfilment and Assurance);
- Ability to easily communicate with the Customers in their own language and explain technical / telecom complexity to non-telco customers.
- Very good presentation skills and ability to cope with different cultural specifications in a multicultural, innovative and changing environment;
- Customer focused, result oriented and stress resistant.
- Ability to work early and late shifts, at night and during the weekends (24/7).
- Able to follow and adapt to fast moving technical environment.
