Executive –Technical Support
(English and Native Japanese Language Support)
The Executive –Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls, emails and chat support pertaining to PCs, Laptops and related products and services.
The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and native Japanese.
The Requirements for the Role:
· Degree in IT related disciplines
· 23 years old and above
· Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese.
· Proficiency in a multi –system environment.
· Basic internet and web –based application skills.
· Well versed in PC hardware and software.
· Understanding of consumer electronics.
· Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
· Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
· Attractive Salary (up to RM 9500)
