Handling customer's queries via phone, email, or live chat.

Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 – 365 days a year.

Customer Service Representatives work 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, with a salary of RM4200, and medical and hospitalization insurance provided. Days off are scheduled according to shifts.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representatives must be able to communicate effectively with customers in both spoken and written Chinese. They will interact with customers through answering and making phone calls, chatting, and emailing in an efficient and polite manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess SPM / Diploma qualification, aged 18 and above.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, with basic English proficiency.
  • Proficient in PC software – Windows/Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Dynamic, highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and a spirit of teamwork.
  • Able to multitask and work according to plan in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
