Job Description

The Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Troubleshoot monetary issues raised by the gamers/players by verifying the players/gamers account.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the AMO to check merchant’s website for payment related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve gamming issues raised by gamers/players i.e. levelling and related services.
  • Assisting customer with enquires.

Skill Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken in Hindi, English and Telugu.
  • Good multitasking ability.
  • Good eyesight.
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Fast typing skills (at least 60 words per minute in native foreign language).
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Requires own laptop and stable internet connection.

The Package :

  • Attractive Fee 25,000 Indian Rupees (MYR 1,500).
  • RM300 attendance allowance and RM200 performance allowance
  • Work comfortably from India, from your own space.
  • Flexible working hours, shift based.
