The Position:
 
The Executive –Customer Service will be required to manage incoming calls and emails from customers pertaining to ticketing, flight reservations and related products and services.
 
The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
 
The Requirements:
 
·      SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
·      Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
·      Experience in ticketing and customer service in the travel industry will be an added advantage
·      Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
·      Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
 
The Package:
 
·      Attractive Salary  : English and Bahasa Malaysia                     : RM 2800
                                : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin:  RM 3500
·      The probation period is 3 months (depending on performance)
·      Performance Related Bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff
·      Contact Centre Operating Hours : 24/7
·      Work days/Hours                            : 5 day week, shift based; off days based on roster
·      15 days Annual Leave / 14 days Medical Leave
·      Medical and hospitalization insurance coverage
