Executive –Technical Support
The Position:
The Executive –Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs, Laptops and related products and services.
The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and CANTONESE AND MANDARIN LANGUAGE SUPPORT.
Operational hours currently 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays however, working towards 24/7 in future.
The Requirements for the Role:
The Package:
· Attractive Salary (RM3000-RM4000).
· Shift Allowance RM500 (where applicable)
· Housing Allowance RM500
