Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays

Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning and move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas
- Dusting, detailing, and maintaining high cleaning standards
- Following SD Sparkle checklists and procedures
- Working independently or as part of a small team
Skills & Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual (this is a top priority for us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for several hours
- Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
