Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and move-out cleanings

• Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces with attention to detail

• Follow SD Sparkle cleaning systems and checklists

• Work independently or with a small team

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual (very important)

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Physically able to handle several hours of cleaning

• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes

• Able to follow instructions and structured checklists

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
