Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning residential homes
• Move-out and deep cleaning services
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed areas
• Following SD Sparkle cleaning procedures and checklists
• Working independently or alongside a small team

• Dependable and punctual team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for several hours
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous cleaning experience is required

• Reliable vehicle for transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
