Service Area: San Diego County (must travel between homes)

What You’ll Do
As a Sparkle Cleaner, you’ll help make homes shine by providing high-quality cleaning services, including:
Residential and move-out cleans
Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas
Detailed dusting and finishing work
Following company checklists and cleaning standards
Working independently or alongside a small team
What We’re Looking For
Dependable and punctual (this is very important to us)
Detail-oriented with pride in your work
Able to handle physical cleaning tasks for several hours
Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and checklists
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we train the right people
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Authorization to work in the U.S.
