Position: Full-Time MSP Field Technician (W2 Employee)
We are seeking a dedicated MSP Field Technician to become an integral part of our team. This position is ideal for candidates who are excited about working in a fast-paced environment, and providing critical on-site support to our diverse client base in the San Diego area.

Responsibilities:
As a Field Technician, you will:

• Travel to client sites to install, manage, and troubleshoot IT infrastructures including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Deliver proactive technical support and resolutions to client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular system maintenance to ensure reliability and security.
• Work collaboratively with IT support teams to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain precise documentation of operational tasks and issue resolution.
• Educate and support end-users with new technologies.
• Adhere to all company policies and stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience level: Associate - Mid Level
• Essential Skills: Experience with various IT systems and a strong grasp of technical troubleshooting.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Windows environments, VMWare, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, advanced printer management, and familiar with RMM systems and cloud technologies like Azure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT will be highly valuable.
• Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation, ideally with good fuel efficiency.

Technical Skills Proficiency:

• Windows OS (7-11), Windows Server, and Active Directory
• VMWare ESX, Hyper-V, Proxmox
• Firewall management, VLANs, VPNs
• PSA systems, Managed Antivirus, Malware Removal
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Systems
