Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed surfaces
- Following SD Sparkle's cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or as part of a small team
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual (this is very important to us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to perform physically demanding cleaning work for several hours
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the United States
