Responsibilities

• Residential and move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed work
• Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
• Working independently or as part of a small team

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual (very important)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to clean for extended periods
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
