Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Weekdays primarily
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities:
- Residential & move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, detailing
- Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards & checklists
- Working independently or as part of a small team
Skills Required:
- Reliable & punctual (this is huge for us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean for several hours
- Comfortable working in occupied & vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
