Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities
- Residential and move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed tasks
- Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or as part of a small team
- Delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual (dependability is extremely important to us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for several hours
- Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
