Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

Key Responsibilities
- Residential and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and detailed surfaces
- Following SD Sparkle’s cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or collaboratively with a small team
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and structured checklists
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the United States
