As a Junior back end website Developer, you will be working as a core member of the RegisterKaro, responsible for the design and development of new & existing features and components, as well as the automation necessary to test and deploy new tools & features within the organisation. You are responsible for participating in the production of new ideas, writing code, and responsible for following Agile software development practices in the team.

 

Back end website Developers are responsible for developing and designing back-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside other team members for web design features, among other duties. Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organisational skills and attention to detail. This internship will last for three months. Based on the performance, we will most likely extend it.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Developing back-end application architecture.
• Designing user interactions.
• Developing micro-service architecture.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimisation for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (preferred)

 

• Good knowledge of web technologies including ReactJs, NodeJs

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Having any degree in computer / engineering-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good real-time experience is required.
