Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Receptionist Multilingue che si unisca al nostro team! La figura sarà il primo punto di contatto per clienti e ospiti, garantendo un servizio eccellente e contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e professionale.

Responsabilità principali:

• Accoglienza Ospiti e gestione delle richieste, sia di persona che telefonicamente o via email.
• Coordinamento di appuntamenti e gestione delle agende.
• Supporto amministrativo e organizzativo, assicurando la fluidità delle operazioni quotidiane.

Requisiti richiesti:

1. Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano, inglese e preferibilmente tedesco; una quarta lingua sarà considerata un plus.
2. Predisposizione a un lavoro dinamico e capacità di adattarsi a diverse situazioni.
3. Apertura a candidati anche senza esperienza, purché motivati e determinati a imparare.
4. Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo, con ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n mehrsprachige/n Rezeptionist/in! Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Gäste, garantieren einen exzellenten Service und tragen zu einer einladenden und professionellen Atmosphäre bei.

Hauptaufgaben:

- Empfang der Gäste und Bearbeitung ihrer Anfragen, persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail.

- Koordination von Terminen und Führen von Terminkalendern.

- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung, um einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf zu gewährleisten.

Anforderungen

1. fließende Beherrschung der italienischen, englischen und vorzugsweise der deutschen Sprache; eine vierte Sprache ist von Vorteil.

2. Bereitschaft zu dynamischem Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich an unterschiedliche Situationen anzupassen.

3. Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Bewerbern ohne Berufserfahrung, sofern diese motiviert und lernwillig sind.

4. Positive und proaktive Einstellung mit ausgezeichneten kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.

Contract: Temporary full-time shift work for 40 hours per week with one guaranteed day off

We are looking for a multilingual receptionist to join our team! The person will be the first point of contact for customers and guests, ensuring excellent service and helping to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Main responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests and dealing with enquiries, either in person or by telephone or email.

- Coordinate appointments and manage diaries.

- Provide administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Italian, English and preferably German; a fourth language is an advantage.

2. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different situations.

3. Openness to candidates with no previous experience, provided they are motivated and willing to learn.
