Contratto: tempo determinato full-time su turni per 40 ore settimanali con un giorno di riposo garantito

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Assistente Clienti entusiasta e motivato/a, pronto/a a unirsi al nostro team e a contribuire alla soddisfazione dei clienti attraverso un servizio eccellente.

Responsabilità principali:

• Assistenza ai clienti nella gestione delle loro richieste, sia di persona che telefonicamente o via email.
• Supporto nelle operazioni quotidiane del servizio clienti e nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
• Collaborazione con il team per garantire un’esperienza cliente positiva e fluida.

Requisiti richiesti:

1. Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e inglese, preferibilmente anche del tedesco; una quarta lingua sarà considerata un plus.
2. Predisposizione a un lavoro dinamico e orientamento al cliente.
3. Apertura a candidati anche senza esperienza, purché determinati a imparare e crescere nel ruolo.
4. Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo, con ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

Vertrag: befristete Vollzeitstelle im Schichtbetrieb, 40 Stunden pro Woche mit einem garantierten freien Tag

Wir suchen eine/n enthusiastische/n und motivierte/n Kundenbetreuer/in, der/die bereit ist, unser Team zu verstärken und durch exzellenten Service zur Kundenzufriedenheit beizutragen.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Bearbeitung ihrer Anfragen, sei es persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail.

- Unterstützung bei der täglichen Kundenbetreuung und Problemlösung.

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um eine positive und reibungslose Kundenerfahrung zu gewährleisten.

Anforderungen:
1. fließende Beherrschung der italienischen und englischen Sprache, vorzugsweise auch der deutschen; eine vierte Sprache ist von Vorteil.

2. Fähigkeit, dynamisch und kundenorientiert zu arbeiten.

3. Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Bewerbern ohne Berufserfahrung, vorausgesetzt, sie sind entschlossen zu lernen und in ihrer Rolle zu wachsen.

4. Positive und proaktive Einstellung mit ausgezeichneten kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Assistant, ready to join our team and contribute to customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Main responsibilities:

- Assisting customers with their enquiries, whether in person, by telephone or by email.

- Assisting in the day to day customer service operations and resolving any issues.

- Work with the team to ensure a positive and smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Italian and English, preferably German; a fourth language is an advantage.
