The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating interactive prototypes, user flows, usability metrics informed by competitive analysis, user personas, and real world users. This position will work closesly with our development team to enhance our online product offerings.

You will be working on Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, HR, and benefit systems that are used by thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users daily. You will be working with the product management team, developers, and marketing team to help inform your UX/UI designs.
