We specialize in short‑form video, brand messaging, and high-end media systems that turn attention into trust — and trust into revenue. Our mission is simple: help businesses communicate clearly and grow sustainably, without gimmicks or guesswork.
We are expanding and actively looking for experienced, reliable **Contract Real Estate Media Photographers** who want flexible, consistent work to fill the gaps in their existing schedules.
## 📷 What Our Photographers Do
Our photographers are the face of New Covenant Media on-site, responsible for capturing the visual assets that market our clients' listings.
This includes:
 * Capturing professional interior and exterior photography for a variety of properties (from standard homes to high-end listings).
 * Creating accurate digital floor plans using **CubiCasa**.
 * Capturing immersive 3D virtual tours using **Matterport** (training provided).
 * Traveling to scheduled property locations within your preferred service area.
 * Uploading all raw media on the same day as the shoot (**no later than 9:00 PM**).
 * Representing the company with absolute professionalism when interacting with agents and homeowners.
## 📅 Scheduling & Volume
We support our creatives by handling the backend admin, client acquisition, and billing so you can focus entirely on your craft.
Photographers will have access to:
 * On-demand shoot opportunities matched to your stated availability.
 * Pre-vetted real estate listings with clear scope and expectations.
 * A streamlined booking system that respects your calendar.
The most successful photographers treat their territory like their own business—showing up on time, maintaining a flexible weekday schedule, and executing shoots efficiently (typically ranging from 25 minutes to 1.5 hours).
## 🛠️ Support & Training
We provide the tools and operational support you need to walk onto a property with confidence.
This includes:
 * Clear guidelines on New Covenant Media’s visual style and brand standards.
 * Onboarding and technical training for specialized tools like **Matterport** and **CubiCasa** if you haven’t used them yet.
 * A dedicated support team to handle client modifications, rescheduling, and post-production editing.
*You are left to focus on shooting; we handle the editing and delivery.*
## 💰 Compensation
This is a **Part-Time, Contract (1099)** position designed to reward efficiency and supplement your current freelance workload.
We offer:
 * **$50.00 – $150.00 per shoot**, scaled directly based on property size, scope, and requested add-on services (e.g., 3D tours or floor plans).
 * Consistent opportunities to plug into the gaps of your existing photography calendar.
