• Job Title: IAM Recertification Specialist

• Job Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

• Job Type: Permanent

• Notice period: 1 month

• Experience: 8+ Years

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Privilege Access Management or Identify Access Management

• Experience in Cyber Security or Identify and Access Management

• Scripting: MS Powershell, Linux bash script, SQL script

• Operating System: AD, Win, Linux, MSSQL, Azure, MYSQL, DB2, AS400

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the IAM Recertification Process.

• To collect and massage the data for Recertification

• To upload the data to Recertification system

• To configure the Recertification system

• To manage end users’ query about the Recertification

• To drive end users to complete the Recertification within the timeline

• To follow up with IAM Ops team for the remediation

• To respond to, documenting and resolving related incidents and escalation in timely manner

• To perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention

• Update and maintain process documentation

• Interact with delivery partners and/or vendors and internal stakeholders as required to achieve objectives.

• Ensure daily operations and system workflows follow global standards and security policies.

• Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM processes

• Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with other team members.
