Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters for campaign development.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
• Monitor user feedback and address queries or complaints professionally.
• Track and report on social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Use analytics to optimize performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
