The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote inbound and oubound sales
• Leads generation thorugh different channel
• Conducting demo calls
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
• Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working in a Sales role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
• Flexibility to work in US/night shift hours.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
