We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support with 1+ years of experience to join our team during US shift hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and providing exceptional service. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding product features, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up on open customer issues until resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer support knowledge bases and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
  • Flexibility to work in US/night shift hours.
  • Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
