Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Product Trainer to join our Remote Customer Management team. The Virtual Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to our clients on our products and services. This role will play a key part in ensuring our clients have a thorough understanding of our products and can maximize their use.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual training sessions on product features and functionalities
• Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and guides
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during and after training sessions
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay up-to-date on product updates and changes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience in virtual training or education
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
