Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non-IT) – Remote, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions aligned with hiring needs.

  • Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

  • Utilize ATS to manage applications and ensure smooth hiring workflows.

  • Craft effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.

  • Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent.

  • Support HR Operations:

    • Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS).

    • Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools.

  • Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.

  • Immediate availability preferred.
