As a QA Lead Engineer, you will analyze business systems and requirements, perform gap analysis, be responsible for creating and executing an end-to-end test plan, managing all QA activities documented in the test plan, develop and execute well-designed test cases, maintain and execute automated test scripts, identify and track issues, drive process and quality improvements, collaborate with IT team, coordinate UAT testing for the business.

1. Test Planning and Strategy: Developing test plans, test cases, and test strategies based
on project requirements and specifications
2. Test Execution: Conducting manual or automated testing of software applications,
ensuring that all features and functions are thoroughly tested and meet acceptance
criteria
3. Test Automation: Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as
Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete
4. Test Reporting: Analyzing and reporting test results to stakeholders and management,
identifying defects and areas for improvement
5. Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of QA testers, including setting
priorities, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
6. Collaboration: Collaborating with development teams, product owners, and other
stakeholders to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle
7. Process Improvement: Continuously improving the testing process, including test
planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
8. Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with software development,
including identifying potential defects and testing for security vulnerabilities.
9. Test Environment Management: Managing the test environment, including test data,
test tools, and infrastructure, to ensure that testing is conducted in a controlled and
consistent manner.
10. Documentation: Creating and maintaining testing documentation, including test plans,
test cases, and test reports

 

Basic Details:

Experience: 4+ years.
Qualifications:  BE/MCA/b.tech/BCA.
