Qualification: Graduation with relevant experience and Certifications. MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
- Proven experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in the HR tech or SaaS industry.
- Experience with website analysis using various analytics tools including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, FB ads, etc).
- Basic knowledge of paid video marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in ad design and messaging.
- Ability to work in a flexible work schedule.
- Hubspot CRM knowledge/experience added advantage.
- Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform effective paid search strategies
- Create and optimize various PPC (Pay per click) campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, maximizing ROI for all paid advertising efforts.
- Manage ad accounts on multiple platforms like Google Ads, Bing, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Track KPIs to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues
- Deliver reports for administration and management
- Compose appealing ad copies for adverts
- Discover approaches and ways to decrease the risk of click fraud
- Stay up to date with PPC (Pay per click) advertising and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) trends
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics
- Communication with team and management on campaigns analysis, timelines, and results.
Technical Background:
- Good experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

- AdWords / Bing certification is a plus.
