Role Overview
We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist who is not just familiar with automation but passionate about building scalable, insight-driven marketing processes. You will lead our HubSpot strategy to enhance lead nurturing, lifecycle automation, segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the full automation lifecycle—from anonymous visitor to customer win-back—while supporting lead generation, SDR follow-ups, customer onboarding, and event workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership & Administration
- Own the end-to-end administration of HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Build and manage workflows, nurture streams, and lifecycle programs
- Design and maintain smart lists, segments, and contact lifecycle transitions
- Conduct platform audits to ensure best practices and data integrity
- Optimize forms, CTAs, and landing pages using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop tools
- Maintain CRM property logic and automation consistency across marketing and sales
Automation Strategy & Execution
- Create lead scoring models based on engagement, ERP interest, and lifecycle stage
- Launch and optimize campaign workflows for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU campaigns
- Develop trigger-based campaigns for demo bookings, no-show follow-ups, MyAccount sign-ups, and passive MQL re-engagement
- Manage appointment booking flows and integrated calendar scheduling tools
- Run retargeting, reactivation, win-back, and partner nurturing sequences
Campaign Management & Event Support
- Coordinate event and webinar campaigns including registration workflows and attendee follow-ups
- Align campaigns with ERP (Oracle, SAP, Workday) segmentation and pain point-specific messaging
- Execute pre- and post-event sequences, re-engagement flows, and feedback tracking
Reporting, Attribution & Optimization
- Build campaign dashboards to track MQL creation, SQL conversion, lead source ROI, and content performance
- Implement UTM tracking structure and campaign naming conventions
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the marketing and leadership teams
Integration & Compliance
- Integrate HubSpot with tools like Leadfeeder, Reply.io, Google/LinkedIn Ads, Zoom, and Zapier
- Set up data retention rules based on lifecycle stage and inactivity windows (e.g., delete irrelevant leads after 30–90 days)
- Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and contact consent flagging compliance
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot CRM knowledge is a bonus)
- Experience in managing multi-step workflows, scoring models, and contact segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-backed decision-making
- Experience in B2B SaaS (preferably HRTech or ERP-integrated platforms)
- HubSpot certifications (Automation, Reporting, Marketing Software) preferred
