Role - HR Recruiter ( IT and Non IT)

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Location: WFO, Mohali
We are looking for an immediate Joiner

• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from various Job portals.
• Should have experience in IT and Non-IT Recruitment.
• Have hands-on experience with ATS.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Candidate must have good communication skills.
