We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial data, generating insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Generate financial forecasts, variance analysis, and trend reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Data Management & Insights:

• Manage and maintain financial databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Extract insights from financial data to support business strategy and decision-making.

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Implement automation tools to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual efforts.
• Work with ERP/CRM systems for efficient financial data management.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Support internal audits, reconciliations, and tax-related reporting.
• MBA in Finance, or related field

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools for financial data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation of financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Building consolidated books
• Financial reporting
• Budgeting
• Financial analysis
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn)
