Role Overview
We are seeking a Demand Generation Associate in the Philippines to support RChilli’s global marketing initiatives and lead-generation efforts. This role is ideal for an energetic, ambitious professional with 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or sales support who is passionate about driving awareness, generating leads, and fueling pipeline growth in a SaaS/HR Tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC, webinars).
Conduct research to identify new markets, target accounts, and buyer personas.
Track and report campaign performance (leads generated, engagement, ROI).
Work with the marketing and sales teams to nurture leads through the funnel.
Manage and update CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Support the creation of campaign assets such as email templates, landing pages, and social content.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest new ideas for lead generation.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, demand generation, or lead generation roles (internships considered).
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and demand generation strategies.
Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setup.
