The Data Mining and Research Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting both lead research and lead qualification efforts. This role is essential in ensuring leads are accurately sourced, enriched, and validated, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the sales pipeline.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Shift: UK Shift, Work From Office
Education: Bachelors in science, BCA, MCA or related field. 1-2 years of experience in lead research, qualification, or similar roles in B2B environments. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and G2/Capterra is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Enrichment (40%):
Assist in collecting and enriching leads from platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, 6 sense and G2/Capterra.
Enrich leads with relevant data points, including company size, industry, and decision-maker information.
Collaborate with Team to ensure that all enriched leads meet data quality standards.
Lead Qualification & Validation (30%):
Review leads from marketing campaigns to ensure they meet predefined quality criteria before being passed to the sales team.
Work closely with Team to validate lead accuracy and readiness for the sales pipeline.
CRM Data Management (20%):
Update CRM with new leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of lead statuses.
Reporting & Process Coordination (10%):
Provide input for lead quality reports and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure continuous improvement in lead qualification and enrichment processes.
Identify areas for process optimization and suggest improvements.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Reply.io, HubSpot) for managing leads and ensuring data quality.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to validate data and maintain high accuracy in lead information.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze lead data and make recommendations for improvement.
