About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fresh Graduate to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will work with structured and semi-structured data to test various product features, evaluate output accuracy, and support overall QA efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is comfortable working with diverse data formats, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing data-driven product features by working with a wide variety of document formats and input types

• Evaluate the accuracy and consistency of system outputs based on diverse data scenarios

• Analyze patterns, spot anomalies, and escalate potential data quality issues

• Collaborate with QA engineers to create meaningful test cases and datasets for manual validation

• Perform manual testing and validation of feature behavior against expected results

• Document findings and provide clear feedback to the QA and development teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting data coverage enhancements or edge case scenarios

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of data structures, formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT), and validation techniques

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and software QA best practices

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus

• High attention to detail and a curious mindset

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Internship or academic experience related to data analysis or testing

• Exposure to QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with document processing or text-based systems
