We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through lead generation, prospection, and relationship management. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Experience - 2-3 years in B2B sales/ Business Development

Salary - INR 7LPA - 9LPA

Location - Mohali (Hybrid or Remote)

1.The Business Development Manager will research and analyze the Taxonomy and Data Migration services market to identify potential new business opportunities and target markets using a defined customer persona.
2. Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through email, phone, social media and in-person interactions.
3.The Business Development Manager will work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. They will use their market research and relationship-building skills to create targeted campaigns and drive results.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies
5.Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and competitors to continuously improve sales strategies.
6.Meet or exceed sales targets and regularly report on progress and results.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the SaaS industry
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Ability to think creatively and develop new business opportunities
5. Strong organizational and time management skills

6. Must have working knowledge of the CRM tools like - Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce etc.
