Job Responsibilities
 Research and identify solutions to server software and hardware issues
 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
 Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
 Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
 Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
 Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
 Ensure all issues are properly logged
 Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
 Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
 Prepare accurate and timely reports
 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
 This role involves covering 24x7 shift rotation
 Solid Understanding of Linux/Windows Administration Server Hardware Troubleshooting
experience
 Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware
 Engineering Degree from recognized University/Board.
 Certification in Windows/Linux/Red Hat/ Microsoft is PREFERABLE
 Good communication skills written as well as verbal.
Skills Required
Must Have a Technical Degree in Graduation- BE- (CS/IT/EC), BSc- Computer Science, BCA, MCA
Must have Server Certifications- Windows/Linux/RedHat/ Microsoft
