Job Responsibilities

 Research and identify solutions to server software and hardware issues

 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

 Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

 Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

 Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

 Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

 Ensure all issues are properly logged

 Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

 Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

 Prepare accurate and timely reports

 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

 This role involves covering 24x7 shift rotation

 Solid Understanding of Linux/Windows Administration Server Hardware Troubleshooting


 Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware

 Engineering Degree from recognized University/Board.

 Certification in Windows/Linux/Red Hat/ Microsoft is PREFERABLE

 Good communication skills written as well as verbal.

Skills Required

Must Have a Technical Degree in Graduation- BE- (CS/IT/EC), BSc- Computer Science, BCA, MCA
Must have Server Certifications- Windows/Linux/RedHat/ Microsoft
