We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Service Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring smooth operation and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

• Managing a team of electrical service technicians,

• Ensuring the timely completion of all service projects within scope and within budget.

• Developing and implementing project strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple electrical projects.

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

• Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

• Develop comprehensive project plans.

• Attending conferences and training required to maintain proficiency.

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
