Calling all client success rockstars!

Our client is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to be a full-time part of our team and play a key role in giving our growing number of community members the best experience and results from the program. The Success Coach will be responsible for tracking the students’ progress, helping them with any challenges they may face, and making sure they feel supported, celebrated, and heard.

On a typical week, the Success Coach will host onboarding calls for new members, monitor members’ progress, motivate, and keep them on track. The Success Coach will also spend a lot of time providing strategic support and answering questions in the Facebook group and responding to support tickets in Help Scout. The chosen candidate will also work closely with our Operations Manager to identify bottlenecks in the client journey and proactively address them with new SOPs, resources or process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching: Answering questions and support tickets in the CRM and Facebook group, providing strategic support, hosting weekly calls for new members, motivating and keeping the members on track, and having a proactive approach to retention

  • Team: Work collaboratively with Operations to identify possible gaps for client pain points


 

Must Have:

  • Excellent team-player who can work independently and adapt well to change

  • Excellent client experience and experience in a support or coaching role

  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients

  • Prior knowledge and background in marketing and sales is preferred
