Student Success Concierge

 

Calling all driven customer service professionals!

Remote Fit Pro is seeking a dedicated Student Success Concierge to be part of our team and help in managing our growing clientele, including ensuring a smooth journey throughout Remote Fit Pro’s online coaching programs. 

The Student Success Concierge will support the coaching team, including the Success Manager and will assist in the preparing, hosting, and tracking all expert group coaching calls for all programs. 

On a typical day, the Student Success Concierge will manage the onboarding process of new students, keeping in communication with them all throughout the program, ensuring they are hitting their checkpoints, and hosting daily coaching calls. The Student Success Concierge will also be responsible for offboarding students and collecting data to track program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting: Managing all onboarding and offboarding processes of Remote Fit Pro’s students, ensuring a smooth transition between each phase of the program, reminding students of their outstanding arrears, and in some cases, revoking their access to the program

  • Monitoring: Tracking new, current, and previous Remote Fit Pro students’ data, keeping in communication with the students, and making sure they are hitting their program’s checkpoints

  • Team: preparing, hosting, and tracking all expert group coaching calls for all Remote Fit Pro programs and assist the Success Manager in event set-ups

 

Must Have:

  • Excellent team-player who can work independently and adapt well to change

  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Must be confident in Calendar management, using spreadsheets, Facebook, and CRM software (ActiveCampaign & SignRequest)
