Our company is rapidly scaling and needs the consistent support of an Internal Recruiter to support our growing team. The Internal Recruiter will stay aware of business and hiring needs by working closely with the leadership team and department heads. The Internal Recruiter will oversee all candidate sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing efforts and collaborate with the leadership team to onboard new hires.

From day one, you will be tasked with learning each team in the business and knowing how they function. You will need to assimilate quickly and model our high standards, high service culture. By utilizing resources and collaborating with team members you will implement your understanding of the industry to maintain an evergreen pipeline of candidates to support the hiring demands of a robust coaching business. By staying in tune with industry trends, you will understand where to source and how to qualify A-players in our space. Knowledge of internet marketing and online businesses will definitely be an advantage in this market.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment including, headhunting, writing job descriptions, developing interview processes, and candidate engagement.

This is an autonomous role so we’re looking for someone who is eager and able to jump in on Day 1. The right candidate is one with extreme proactivity, vision, and ability to utilize the resources available to execute on that vision, and who cares deeply about serving our business well.

  • Recruitment: Develop and implement recruiting strategies, advertise current openings on job boards, monitor all job postings and make adjustments to the marketing strategy as needed, and headhunt A-Players and get them excited to interview with Entrepreneur Babes by demonstrating our culture.

  • Interviewing: Put in place practices that will quickly and accurately assess a candidate's “fit” for our company, and engage candidates in our hiring process by being an excellent model of our culture.

  • Reporting: Work closely with our Head of Operations to relay all hiring-related information, and provide written and verbal reports to the team as needed.

  • Team: Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the recruitment process, coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, and work closely with the leadership team to maintain a pulse on the business and prepare for hiring needs.

Must Have:

  • Ability to work at a fast pace with competing priorities

  • Previous experience as a high volume recruiter 

  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms and major social media platforms

  • Hands-on experience with candidate interviewing 

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
