Calling all fun, savvy and engaging People Operations Coordinators!

Our client is seeking a full-time People Operations Manager to work remotely for their industry leading PR firm. As a leader and main point of contact, you will oversee the operational implementation of the Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Administrative functions of the business, coming up with innovative and fun ways to keep team members engaged.

The People Operations Manager will work closely with the CEO, CMO, and all department heads to come up with new ideas to strategically lead a scaling business, improve the existing processes and systems and maintain the high standards of our company.

On a typical day, the People Operations Manager will manage tasks in Asana, spearhead the daily meetings and respond to team queries in Slack. By creating and implementing SOPs and finding creative and fun ways to encourage productivity, the People Operations Manager will promote a strong culture of accountability and ownership, maintaining the high standards that our clients are used to. 

This is a learning position and we’re looking for someone who is willing to eat, sleep, and breathe Victorious PR and be a long term partner of the company. The ideal candidate must be extremely self-motivated with very high standards for personal and team performance. This role has unlimited potential, both in earnings and professional growth, therefore we will be extremely selective in this hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Creation & Improvement: Evaluate the current needs for creating processes and updating existing SOP’s, and come up with fresh ideas to improve team success and maintain the high standards of the company

  • Team: Have an understanding of every role of the business ,oversee the Administrative, Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations teams by holding and overseeing daily meetings, and promote a fun and engaging team culture where everyone feels empowered to be themselves

  • Monitoring and Problem Solving: Oversee all Slack channels and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, advise on high-level tasks and questions as they arise, and create space for the CEO to be the best leader and innovator for the team and business by owning project management and employee engagement responsibilities


 

Must Have:

  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients

  • Strong leadership skills and great team player

  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

  • Acutely analytical, paired with quick action

  • Extremely organized

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a digital marketing agency (ownership/leadership role preferred)

  • Previous experience with remote Project and Team Management is preferred
