Our client is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to help streamline, build processes, and set KPIs for positions and departments within the Sales and Coaching teams. This person will work directly with the CEO to take on organizational tasks to help streamline procedures for each department.
On a typical day, the Operations Manager will be working very closely with the CEO, Director of Client Services and the Sales Manager to help create SOPs for the sales and coaching teams as they continue to expand. This person will come into this role with a thorough understanding of how to build systems within teams, set KPIs, and hold teams accountable to achieve those metrics. They are an expert at streamlining roles and departments and feel comfortable with making decisions that will impact the organization as a whole.
This is a position for someone who is well experienced in Operations and is looking to grow with a fast growing organization in the coaching and consulting space. The right candidate is self-motivated and ready to tackle any challenge, big or small.

Responsibilities:
Operations: as the head of operations, you will have a direct impact on the overall success of the company by implementing SOPs for our teams, streamlining processes, and setting KPIs for our sales and coaching teams.
Monitoring and Reporting: by setting KPIs within the teams, you will keep and track of performance within teams and hold teams accountable for reaching these goals
Team: you will be working closely with sales and coaching to help build out systems and processes within their teams to ensure it integrates with the bigger picture and vision in a way that is scalable
Must Have:
Sales, operations, or marketing background highly preferred
Experience supporting sales team or working closely with sales in an operational capacity
Strong leadership ability with a focus on accountability and proactivity
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions
Technical proficiency across a variety of CRMs, platforms, and tools
A wide degree of creativity to resolve problems
