Are you organized, meticulous and flexible while working from a remote location on your own schedule? 

Hamza is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to impact the client and administrative aspect of a growing real estate coaching program. The Operations Coordinator will work remotely to support the leadership team and meet client deliverables by acting as a gatekeeper and, overall, point of contact in the program. 

As an organized multitasker, the Operations Coordinator will keep track of client progress in the program, answer any questions and keep leadership up to date, ensuring that each client receives maximum value from the program. 

The ideal candidate will have prior real estate investing or wholesale experience and will be able to dive in with creating and improving processes.

Must Have:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage multiple tasks

  • Previous experience with operations and/or client success

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
