Our client is seeking a full-time Media Buyer to contribute to the continued success of their company through hands-on testing, monitoring, and analyzing of paid ad campaigns. The Media Buyer will work closely with a team of Marketing rockstars to ensure that our innovative content leads the next wave of digital marketing.
On a typical day, the Media Buyer will work collaboratively with the CEO and marketing team to strategize the best ways to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Throughout the day, this candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily KPI’s, analyzing the data as it comes in and making adjustments to campaigns in real-time, as well as testing new campaigns to garner additional data. This candidate will work closely with a small team to create and implement a marketing strategy based on both qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities:
Learning: Show up hungry and ready to collaborate on an ongoing basis
Testing: Produce new ideas for ad campaigns, launch and monitor, and report back on results
Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting: Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements, track and analyze the data for campaigns, and report on results
Team: Coordinate with the team to ensure campaigns are producing quality leads, and to maximize reach, awareness, and impact of content through ad campaigns
Must Have:
Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities
Previous experience with online advertising (YouTube, Facebook, and Google)
Proven experience analyzing data
Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
