Job Description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the growth of the team through the management and continuous improvement of our marketing initiatives and performance standards. The Marketing Manager will assist in the selection and upkeep of systems such as CRMs in order to streamline the implementation of marketing operations.

On an average week, the Marketing Manager will manage organic marketing efforts, collaborate with a team of virtual assistants, analyze key performance indicators, and promote mutual accountability within the company. The Marketing Manager will identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, identify gaps, and optimize accordingly. The person in this role will drive process improvement activities with a view to further demonstrating our areas of strength and focusing on our areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Team

  • Work with the team to delegate responsibilities, create a sense of accountability and ownership, and oversee projects in place to completion

  • Hold meetings regularly, set KPIs and goals, and build an accountability system

  • Work very closely alongside CEO and other high level individuals to ensure vision and goals are being met through Marketing initiatives

Marketing

  • Tell our brand story in a way that sets us apart from the rest and drives our audience to engage

  • Develop marketing systems and processes to improve traffic and increase efficiency

  • Monitor all active marketing campaigns to ensure they are meeting KPIs

Technology

  • Unify and simplify technologies across the organization for efficiency, productivity, and scale

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate the current needs for processes and existing SOP’s

  • Build a central database for each team’s SOP’s

  • Create new processes, including an SOP for storing and updating existing processes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

  • Acutely analytical, paired with quick action

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude

  • Creatively driven with a knack for communicating the brand message

  • Prior experience in marketing or creative projects

  • General understanding and base competency in running Facebook ads

  • Technical proficiency across a variety of CRMs, platforms, and tools
